You may be eligible to participate in this study if you meet the following qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
  • Have an HbA1c value of 7.0% to 10.5%, inclusive
  • Be on a stable treatment with unchanged dose of metformin alone or metformin plus an SGLT-2 Inhibitor (Farxiga, Invokana, Jardiance, etc.) for at least 3 months 

Will Receive

  • Reimbursement for time and travel
  • Study-related care and study medication at no cost (even without health insurance)
  • You may also have access to a new investigational treatment for type 2 diabetes

This study is being conducted at our Waterbury site, which is located at 500 Chase Parkway; Waterbury, CT 06708.
