We are seeking diabetic participants who are at increased risk for heart failure to participate in a clinical trial focusing on heart and kidney health

The study is evaluating the effects of an investigational medication on preventing heart failure.

Participation Eligibility

  • 40 years of age or older
  • Type 2 diabetes diagnosis
  • History of hypertension
  • Established cardiovascular disease
  • Additional qualification criteria exist
